CrossFit Classes 


Our CrossFit classes are designed for individuals of any experience or fitness level. Your coach will help you modify your workout appropriately. First class is always free! Come try it out.

Monday - Friday Class Times
5:30 am
9:15 am (M/W/F)
4:30 pm
5:30 pm
6:30 pm (*No 6:30 class on Fridays)

Saturday Class Time
10:00 am

CrossFit Kids
4:30 pm Thursdays (run in 6 week cycles, will restart after the new year, Jan 2019, please contact the gym for exact dates)

Personal Coaching


This is personal training like you've never experienced. No more setting up a time with a trainer. Simply show up at the gym and our lead trainer, Kristin Tucker will greet you and get you started on your workouts. Get ready for a full hour of hard work and progress like you've never had before!

Open Gym


You have full access to the gym. These are not coached times. We ask that you please workout outside of class times. Our classes take priority so please be courteous. Thank you!

Barbell Class

will update with next barbell cycle dates

This barbell specific class will be coached by our very own Pat Midgley and Tim Harris and will concentrate on the foundations of consistent strength training, olympic lifts, and power lifts.
Programming is included in this class and you don’t have to be a CFLBK member to join in!
