This is personal training like you've never experienced. No more setting up a time with a trainer. Simply show up at the gym and one of our qualified, professional trainers will greet you and get you started on your workouts. Get ready for a full hour of hard work and progress like you've never had before!

These times are for our more experienced CrossFitters (minimum of 6 months). The volume is high and the classes times are long (typically 2-2.5 hours). Our competitors follow GFB (Go For Broke) programming during these times in preparation for the Open, Regionals, and Games. The competitor classes are available with your unlimited membership.
