Our CrossFit classes are designed for individuals of any experience or fitness level. Your coach will help you modify your workout appropriately. First class is always free! Come try it out.

9:15 am (M/W/F)
6:30 pm (*No 6:30 class on Fridays)
Saturday Class Time
*Saturdays are open Community WODs, so if you are wanting to try CrossFit, looking for a gym, or want to join a friend, feel free to come on in!

We are officially a Hybrid Athlete Foundation gym! Being a part of this group gives our members 24 hour access to the facility.
Our classes take priority, so please be courteous and use the “Open Gym” rig and area on the Southwest side of the building.
